Shipping Info

Bump-N-Bite ships from our San Diego, California, location. We usually ship within Two (2) business days. Shipments within the U.S. should arrive between 2-7 business days after the order was placed (not on pre-orders). All domestic shipments include a tracking number. Please always allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the USPS website. You can always track it on our website if you created an account with us. 

We use new boxes on all orders, with plenty of protection, including bubble wrap and paper, to ensure safe travels. We do our best to package safely to prevent any damage during the shipment process. 

Free Shipping Promotion

Free Shipping for orders of $100+ within the United States. Free shipping in U.S. applies to all orders of $100 or more. Shipping rate is calculated from merchandise subtotal (less discounts, if applicable). Promotion is not valid on shipments to APO/FPO locations, US territories, or with International orders outside of the United States.

No adjustments will be made to previous purchases. To protect the seller and our company, orders of $1000 or more, may require a signature upon delivery (not all orders).

Customs Fee/Duties/VAT

Most additional charges will be handled at checkout, but please do be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or VAT charged during the process of delivering your items. These fees are controlled by government authorities in the country where you reside and can vary from place to place. Unfortunately, we can not accept any requests to change the value of any order. In accordance with our laws, the actual amount paid will be entered onto the shipping label. Please check your local customs office for exact charges prior to purchasing from our store.
